BUG Review
At first glance the Parachilna Overflow looks like a hodgepodge of old wooden huts and pre-fabricated units like you find on construction sites, but initial impressions can be deceptive as the accommodation is actually quite nice inside and all the rooms are air-conditioned. Facilities are limited to a swimming pool, laundry and an outdoor camp kitchen but most travellers spend most of their time in the bar anyway. A lot of tour companies stop here and if you're travelling with Adventure Tours you also get access to a big common area with a pool table, kitchen and enclosed barbecue area.

one of the nicest hostels ive stayed in! although it was winter so no chance of using the pool, it was nice to know it was there! the rooms were lovely it was great to have clean quilts after 11 months of a sleeping bag! it had a lovely kitchen although food was made on the barbie by the great adventure tours guide (keith the legend!) great seating area sofas etc with pool table and internet access. the showers and toilets being in a different building was abit of a shame, only as it was winter!. the tiny pub across the road was great and everyone was really friendly. i loved this hostel only stayed one night but it was so refreshing to see such a great place in the middle of nowhere!
