Gumleaves is a sprawling complex on 400 acres with a wide variety of facilities including mini golf, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a lake and even a deer park. Not many backpackers stay here and it seems to be geared mostly towards groups. It is in a peaceful setting, down an unsealed road about 25km north of Triabunna.
