BUG Review
Buchan Lodge is a good hostel in a big timber building with lots of character. It has a big common area with a fully-equipped kitchen - with lots of utensils and a big selection of herbs and spices - plus a dining/lounge area with a piano and wood heater/fireplace but no TV so people are more likely to talk to each other. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. Accommodation is in big clean rooms with en suite facilities. It is in a bushland setting but only a five-minute walk to the town centre.
