this hostel is the worst hostel that i have come across in my travels. it is a total joke that they think u can stay in it. 1st i was told that i couldn't have a key to get up stairs, then my room door didn't lock and the room smelt so bad that i couldn't stay in the room for longer than two minutes. the kitchen is terrible with a cleaner that can't be assed to clean, so we are told by a staff member, who also can't be assed to clean the bath rooms oh and don't think u can have a shower with someone not walking in as they DON"T have locks on them.

Never ever stay in this hostel, unless u are totally MAD!!! or would like to be covered in bed bugs!!

and trust me this is no joke, if u don' believe go look for urself but really don't book to stay there, i have taken to the streets for tonight!!!

Quite simply the BEST hostel Ive stayed at in OZ!

Ive travelled the The full east coast Melbourne to Cairns and this place is without doubt the best place Ive stayed.

From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave Mick and Sioban never forget your name, They are friendly all the time and will always go of their way to help you out.

In short bev and Micks felt more like home than a hostel. I spent 5 momths there in total.

The place is clean, has good internet access 24 hrs a day, and is only a 5 minute tram ride from the City.

Its the cheapest hostel ive stayed at and is unbelievable value for money.

They have something on in the bar to keep you entertained most nights, They have Pool Comps, DVD nights, Celeb Chef night, free BBQ's, Kareoke, Quiz nights and to top it all off Joker Poker on a Friday night is not to be missed.

If your up for a laugh and want somewhere to stay in Melbourne that you wont want to leave then Bev & Mick's Market Inn South Melbourne is the place for you!
