A quiet, laid back kind of hostel with really huge, spacious rooms and nice, comfortable, sizable beds. Very decent security; lockers are available, room keys required, and keys are also required when entering each floor from the steps as well. The elevator is slightly less secure, though it's very convenient, with an entrance to the street. Well-kept and clean bathrooms. Not much nightlife that I noticed; a relatively early curfew (midnight or so on weekdays). The reception desk can book you for tours, like the Sound of Music tour and the Salt Mine Tour, etc. At least for the Sound of Music tour, a bus stops at the hostel to pick you up (but they dont let you off at the hostel afterward). The location is convenient for the train station, though its not really terribly convenient for the area of town usually of interest to tourists. Keep a good eye out for the hostel when walking down the street, because the sign is very, very easy to miss.
