I had reserved an 8 person room online on a hostel booking website. When I got there I was put into a 12 bed room and not offered any explanation as to why I was not going into the 8 bed dorm. I asked about this and the staff member seemed to express shock and disbelief that i had dared ask such a thing. When he described to me that they offered different things online then when people got there they pulled a switcheroo. I told him i didnt understand and he blew up at me. Very very rude staff.The beds smelled like urine and the showers were gross. The staff was rude, loud, and sexist. Complete A-Holes. I would never stay here again. I wouldnt wish this hostel on my worst enemy. If you are a solo female traveller try a different place, this is not safe.
