Pension BETA is a great place to stay. Very clean, friendly, secure, etc. It is close to the centre of Prague and can be easily reached via Metro and tram (including night tram).When compared to other hostels the price / night is probably just marginally higher, but it is worth it!

We stay in this hostel on September 2004. I think its a little far from the center, but with the 24 hours train, you can go to the center in 5 minutes (15 minutes walking).It a clean hostel, with shared bath (but very clean); its quiet and the breakfast is wonderfull (cron flakes, a lot of breads, yoghourts, coffee, tea, milk,...)The twin private room is really cheap if you are with your couple.
