BUG review
Bath's YHA hostel is in a big mansion in expansive grounds overlooking the city. It features a quiet lounge plus a TV lounge with Internet access and a small kitchen with a big dining area. It is about a 25-minute walk uphill from the city centre but buses run every 15 minutes.

Stayed for a couple of midweek nights in late April 2006. The walk via the National Trust fields & the canal down to Bath is a pleasant one in good weather with impresive views of Bath. The bus route is the one that runs to the University and is very frequent during Uni terms and runs late (term time). Kitchen was well equipped - breakfasts and evening meals were available plus a small bar. Party animals would consider it a quiet place. Bath itself is a great little town with great architecture , buildings, gardens & pubs. I will return
