BUG Review

The West Two offers basic accommodation and the furnishings are old and tired. It is poorly maintained, facilities are poor and the atmosphere is depressing, but it is good value considering the location.

Right! where to start, the west two is rundown, dilapidated, ageing, unclean and very depressing. the overall atmosphere was incredibly uninviting the whole building was unclean and it got worse when you entered the bedroom. the furniture was old and out of date the mattress imitated a plank and the sheets had burn marks the carpet was black (we couldn't see the original colour) the lights did not work ,the room was poorly divided to house a so called bath room, the toilet didn't flush properly and the shower was a bit of copper pipe. there was local wildlife in the form of rat traps left in full view and there damp and mould all over the walls. overall I would avoid his hotel because it is a horrible experience we booked for two nights and we spent 10minutes in the room and asked for our money back, we only got half back after a heated discussion. terrible value for money.
