Wild Lapland horror christmas weekMy family had horror christmas week 2006 in this hostel. Not enough snow. Dinners, lunches, deserts and breakfasts average quality. All the activities included in christmas week were really bad organised. BIG manager of wild lapland was unhelpfull and very unprofessional. I notised also guides could not do the job properly cause the bad athmosphere between manager and guides. I could not get all the thingns I was agreeded by email when booking christmas week. Accomodation was ok but it was not what I was told when booking by email. Too much transporting every day between accomodation, dinners, breakfasts and activities (not ideal for families wiht small childrens). My family was really disapointed to Wild Lapland Safaris. Thanks to satu, tatu and sassa.
Very nice place but it is not really a hostel. There is no atmosphere. A man who runs this place is very unfair and crooked. He tries to cheat you as much as possible and he only see you as money. If you want ride to rovaniemi it cost 70 euros one way (only 60 km). Internet costs 1 euro/minute(crazy). Staff and guides are very friendly except Veli(manager). Lapland is cool, do not visit this hostel. There is many nice places in lapland.
