BUG review
The second CISP hostel is also very institutional and caters mostly just to groups. It is inconveniently located far from the city centre, and is more run-down and less maintained than the Maurice Ravel hostel. Some of the dorms have been completely redone and are brand new and clean. The others are functional, bare, and old. There is barely any character or atmosphere to speak of here. It is okay for a last resort, but not very recommended, especially for solo travellers.
