Met like a THOUSAND cool people here and had some amazing good times! key are always needing to be re-programmed and had a crazy dude in my room but still. Highly reccomended for an eazy going traveler!
The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly, excellent central location for exploring town and outskirts. 5 July 2007
Pros:
Free spaghetti night brings travellers together. Free city tour, central location, and affordable!
Cons:
The locks are sometimes difficult to open, but once you get how, they work, it's fine.

This hostel has a lot of fun social energy. There are people from all over the world staying here. The Hostel is by the main train station of Frankfurt. So with Frankfurt being such a travel hub of Europe and even connecting to other continents, you get travellers from all over the world passing by here on their trips through Europe. I have met so many different people here. This area of Frankfurt around the main train station is also very multicultural in and of itself,.. you can see the Turkish man sell (Italian) pizza and speak German. You can eat Indian and Italian food in the same restaurant, and be served in German and/or English. You can eat Chinese and Japanese food in the same restaurant. ..
On top of the multicultural surroundings, at the Hostel, some of the receptionists speak four or five languages!! So as a traveler who appreciates different cultures and languages, this is a great place to be and discuss the beginning, middle or end of your trip with other travellers. Then you can go for a free City tour and learn a bit about the city of Frankfurt itself. If you want to party... try the club/pub crawl they have, or go out with some travel buddies to the local pub, or your club of choice, or go to the old town of Sachsenhausen accross the river. On Saturday, there is a great free Spaghetti night that really brings everyone together. Don't miss that if you are there on Saturday! As far as everything else goes, they have a very inexpensive internet cafe/room and a small, but working kitchen area for guests to use when it isn't spaghetti night or breakfast. (Breakfast is included too!). There is a pay phone inside which is helpful when you need to call home and the time difference is so big that the store accross the street is closed when you want to call. You get a new towel each day here! ( I was so excited.. ) And the Bathrooms are well cleaned, nice showers too. A bath would be great, but.. well, there's a swimming pool just a short tram ride away! Being so close to the trams and the train station is just excellent because this allows for easy day trips to nearby areas and it's really great when you are arriving the first time too, especially with heavy bags which you don't want to carry very far!

This place was super-awesome. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous facilities, rooms were lovely, bathrooms clean, staff very helpful. Bed linens are provided. It's directly in Central Frankfurt, very close to the downtown, not a bad walk once you do. Very near Central station. Will certainly stay here again next time.

Rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy. The common room is handy, you can buy beer and coffee. The staff, I found, were not the friendliest though. And although its right beside the train station, it is in the red light district. I stayed in dorm (6), fellow guests were fine except on second night: guy came in at ~2am, lay down for a half hour, snorted something and left. Not very settling, but it is where it is. Id try somewhere else if I was u.

The Stay & Learn Hostels facilities were very nice and clean. The bathroom was extremely well maintained and the shower was wonderful. The location is right across from the Main Frankfort station. I would highly recommend.

Good location - possible the closest accom to the train station, but they did lose my reservation and another guest I talked to had the same experience. Can´t comment on the breakfast as I wasn´t aware there was one and also their door lock system took some getting used to. It´s OK.

I stayed there for 2 nights in April 2004. Honestly, I wish we had stayed there the entire trip. The common room is very clean. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining the subway to me and my friend...and in helping us choose a place to eat. The bathroom was nice and spacious. only 2 mminutes to go from the trainstation. Have a great time!

I stayed there for a couple of days and enjoyed it. It is extremely convenient to the train station, staff was friendly, the rooms were ok and on Saturday they offer even free meal. To the city center it is close, about twenty minutes walk.
