BUG Review
The Liscanor Village Hostel is one of Ireland's longest established hostels. Although relatively clean, this hostel shows its age but it has everything you need including a big kitchen and small TV lounge. The friendly owner is a good source of information on the local area.

Showed up in the beginning of the season, with no reservations, at 10pm. Almost as if summoned, the owner of the place appeared out of nowhere as we walked into town (poor travel planning from the cliffs). Accomodated us, and smiled the whole time. Loved it.

the owner was extremly nice and had no problem with bikes (showed us where we could put them safe off the street), also showed us the kitchen etc., & dried our towels for us, which we'd had sopping. The facilities were fine, with plenty of heating and clean.
