Visited this hostel with my friends aftre finding it online and booked for three nights. At 10.30am on the second morning we were abruptly told we were being 'kicked out' of the hostel for making noise during the night. Our group did not return to the hostel till 8am so we asked when the nosie was made. The owner (a large lady) said she didn't know but we still had to go. We tried to ask if it could have been somebody else but she would not listen and told us to go. We believe that as we only had one night left she had decided to rent our beds to longer staying guests. I Would not recommend that anybody stayed here. Terrible.

Owner is a very pleasant woman, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm. Kitchen open 24 hours a day, so you can cook any time. Good toilet and shower facilities. 15 mins walk from Cork city centry.
