Lovely friendly place to stay. In town so very accessible. Tesco, Supermarket and Lidl closeby together with a newly built cinema.Very friendly owners waited for us to arrive at 11pm and helped carry bags upstairs!!Booked a family room - excellent size and clean bathroom with shower. Towels changed - we stayed 5 nights. Owner also offered to wash and dry toddlers clothes - free of charge.Would definately recommend to anyone!!Fab!!

have stayed here many times as couple, with family, several families and with friends. comfortable warm friendly and very central to Midleton pubs restraunts and shops. very convenient for bus to cork or youghal waterford. would recommend it as stop off point on cork-waterford route. ps I dont want to many to stay as want vacancies for myself and family!
