BUG Review
This farm hostel is comprised of several buildings that sleep 38 people in total. The main building has most of the common areas including the kitchen and two lounges one with a fireplace and one with a TV. Most accommodation is in six bed dorms and there's a newer building with en suite facilities and a separate building that is used for groups.

Price
Dorm bed €12
Prices are in local currency and are inclusive of all taxes.

Stayed there over the Christmas period the other year; the weather turned the day I arrived to the less than friendly but the welcome Sean provides makes up for a lot (runs a tight ship though). Small dorms, good kitchen, 2 common rooms (one with telly - the only drawback!) Pubs are a walk away: the ones at Carrick (music Fri) the further than Kilcar. Slieve League, the highest cliff in Europe, is a fine walk in fine weather but take advice if you have no walking experience in the British Isle - 600 metres can be sub-artic and kill, crawl to the edge and don't stand: the dull roar from the ocean viewed way below made for a memorable birthday.
