i came to this hostel nearly 2 weeks ago and the manager called Dave was most welcoming to me and as i stood in the coridoor drenched with rain he immediately took my bags and helped me to my room. From that moment i felt at home and day after day the service and staff were impeccable and by far the most decent and caring people i have met on my travels and i have stayed in very many hostels and would only recommend Claddagh hostel to people visiting Europe. Thank you and hopefully i will see these wonderful people again soon.

Came to stay for a few nights and ended up working here. Great vibe, it's the first hostel that i've seen the owner of the hostel actively getting involved. Dave, the owner, actually does something about the reviews and suggestions too. It's nice and small, clean and central. Friendly and safe, the staff that i worked with were great always ready to help. Book if you can though as it fills up quick and is well worth staying at.

The staff here (Dave, Vlad and Juric) are extremely friendly, helpful and great fun. Its a nice cosy hostel. Definately worth the stay and its not expensive at all.. you wont regret it. Stayed here a month. Met really good friends here also. Look for Dave.. hes a good craic :) Ill definately recommend the place to other travellers.
