The hostel was quite modern with large dorms and lots of communal areas. The bathrooms were clean although the showers had little space to put your clothes to avoid getting them wet. Breakfast was ok if a little Spartan. Staff were friendly and helpful and hostel was close to the centre of town. Major problem was with the lockout period - when I arrived it was closed and I couldn't leave my bags anywhere, so just had to wait in a daggy cafe!

Situated pretty close to the centre of Ferrara, and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Staff were really friendly and there was lots of information about events in the area. The hostel was clean, showers were basic but did the job. Bit annoying as the toilet door didn't lock, but you could always use the bathrooms on another level. Breakfast was included in the price (15Euros for a Dorm Bed with YHA card) but there was a lockout period between 10 and 3.30pm and an 11.30pm curfew. Good hostel for the price, and would stay here again.

Ferrara, nice town street music festival in summer. Does have curfew.
