It's just another institutional HY hostel, looks like a school. If you manage to get there by the time they run a shuttle (around 8am and pm, I think) it's not so bad, you just have to pay 1euro for the journey, but if you arrive later there is no public transportation so taxi is the only option - 13euro, which means more than the cost for your stay. The hostel is not bad but because of the location I believe there must be better places to stay out there.
