i tried to make an reservation for this hotel in April on the internet but due to network problem it did not work: I never got the reference number or a confirmation letter. I emailed them for a confirmation, no response. Then I saw that they have debited 10% of the total charge in my bank report so I emailed again, still nothing. Finally I called then they told me it was ok. I emailed them twice afterwards saying that i will arrive late arround 1 am because of the flight and please confirm that they will keep the room for me, never got a response.When I arrived, the guy put me in another hotel in the same building without any explication.The breakfast was pathetic: croissants and coffee and nothing else. Cleaning maids talk loud early in the morning and urge you to leave the room before noon otherwise they won't do your room. The worst is that when I paid, I was charged 66euros per night instead of 62, which is written clearly on their website. They refused to take credit card and cash only, which is stated nowhere, neither their website, nor the site where I made the reservation.
