Ok, I dont mean to be unfare, but this was the worst hostel experience I have ever had. I didnt actually got to stay in the hostel, cause when I got there they said they had given my room to someone else and try to send me to another really really stinky place - just like that! Imagine that I had booked two months before just to be sure I get a room, and they didnt even have the honesty to inform me before I got there and find myself with nowhere to sleep. When I asked for explanations they said that "these things happen, it is called overbooking", as I see it they found someone willing to pay more money so they accepted his offer even though they had no room, and let me out searching.Just to be totally fare, the hostel seemed nice and new, the neighbourhood not bad, although a bit far from the center but next to a metro station. Just you never know if you finally get to stay there after booking....

I stayed at this place after horrible experience at Navigator. It was a real treat to find helpful young relaxed staff. Seemed like a place to make friends easily. Lobby and rooms where clearly separated ensuring good nights sleep. Lockers were good, every bed had its own power outlet and so on. Location is not the best possible, you have to take B subway to get anywhere and taking a taxi at night might be easiest. I'm ok with that anyway. Air conditioning was great! There's even the termostate to use if people can agree on whether it should be hotter or cooler ;)The staff seemed to be kids who had ended up staying at Rome for prolonged period but they seemed to like their job and were very nice.I didn't use their kitchen or very much any other services so I cannot comment on those but on what I saw I thought it was a good deal.I'll probably go back there.
