This place reminded me of an old hospital

Pros: There are no other easily findable hostels in Padua so this place seems your only choice.
Cons: The atmosphere

No matter how much i Googled, i could not find any other hostels in Padova. So you really have no choice but to stay here. The hostel is easy enough to get to and is clean enough. I had hot water and good water pressure - which is a bonus. There was no internet though when i was there. I was told two excuses - they had no internet cards left and the other excuse was that it just wasn't working. It looks as if they have only one computer too which looks like an early Macintosh. This was a bit of a sore point with me as i had to book my accomodation in the next couple of cities i was going to. There are two internet cafe's in Padova apparently, although i only ever located one and it was quite a distance away and they were closed on the Saturday i was there.

Other than that.. it resembled a hospital, or possibly even and old sanitarium. In fact it reminded me of being in school even. There was certainly no atmosphere even though the website would paint it as a happy, friendly placewe where you'll meet lots of other travellers.
