BUG review
Formerly the headquarters of a shipping line, this building near Rotterdam’s harbour has been converted into an excellent hostel with rooms themed on different aspects of Rotterdam. Facilities include a bar (with a great atmosphere) next to the reception and an adjoining common area with comfortable sofas, a TV, games and puzzles and Lexi the friendly hostel dog plus internet access (€1.50 per hour on the hostel’s computer and free Wi-Fi). There’s also a small kitchen downstairs (no oven). Accommodation is in clean dormitories with a reading light for each bed and lockers underneath the bunks (and additional lockers in the hallways).
