This hostel was located about 10 minutes south of Utrecht via bus. It was in a really beautiful location and there's a really nice little country road walk (~500m) to get to it. I think it is mostly used by the Dutch who are visiting Utrecht because I didn't see any other tourists there. The staff was great and helped me out so much. The only downfall was the room was really very cold. The dorms are a little old, but it's well worth it for a night (especially after Amsterdam or Rotterdam). It's settled in a beautiful park as well. It was raining when I went so I didn't get to see much of the countryside surroundings. But, the landscape was unmatched in all the Netherlands.So, I'd say this is not good for single travellers, but amazing nonetheless. The perfect antidote for the parties and the big cities.
