i booked this hostel 1 month in advance and when i turned up they told me i no longer had a bed because now they had a large tour group coming so all the beds were taken! they had my email, the least they could have done was notify me by email so i wouldn't waste my time going there. the worst experience with management in a hostel i have experienced. obviously a confirmed reservation is completely worthless when it is from individual travellers!
