Basically just a "fill an old apartment with bunk beds" job, and "pay some kids a bit of pocket money to collect the takings." There are two large rooms, plus a third smaller one. One of the rooms is separated from the reception by thin glass doors, opening and closing all night. You can therefore listen for free to the music of the guy working nights, and his conversation with his mates, while you are trying to get to sleep. Definitely not worth the money for anyone hoping for a peaceful night's sleep.
