As you quickly realise Cuba is a fun (this is not a euphemism for rowdy late drinking) apartment hostel in a good city-centre location - very easy to find - for access to the historic heart of St P.
Although compact, it is well equipped, organised and run, and the staff are very helpful. It is also clean and well-kept. Lockers are available.
I understand that work is currently (May 08) under way to expand to another floor.
Cuba has a definite house style and a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere -I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good yet reasonably priced hostel in a wonderful city (but perhaps not to someone who finds stairs challenging!) Go there, stay there, have a great time!
