If you’re looking for somewhere quiet but don’t want to be too far from the pubs, this is ideal as there is a nice bar downstairs. This unhurried hostel is targeted towards those who want a good nights sleep. Its rooms are bright and clean and some have en suite facilities. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV room is snug.
Price Dorm bed £14-16 Double room £35-50 Twin room £35-40 Prices are in British pounds and are inclusive of all taxes.

The rooms in this hostel were excellent, not crowded at all and clean with a bathroom in each room of four beds. It looked like this hostel was formerly a hotel, with high ceilings and plenty of space. The location was also nice, its right on the water so easy to find from the train or bus station.
