This stone and wooden alpine hut overlooking Loch Linnhe is 6.5km from Corpach. Inside the hostel the pine-clad walls create a cosy feel and it is furnished with robust yet comfy seating. The bunkrooms are alpine-style and very well looked after. The shower rooms are sparkling. The Snowgoose Mountain Centre provides loads of activities and courses, from winter survival to sailing and canoeing, so it’s popular with university groups and outdoor types. There’s a shop nearby for food supplies.
