El Granado is certainly the best hostel I've stayed at on numerous continents. Fixtures and fittings are impeccable, and no minor detail has been left out in the beautifully renovated old house. Freddie, Deborah and Lena have an impressive knowledge of Granada and are always happy to help out.As a disclaimer it's not for those who go to other countries to get toasted with a bunch of their countrymen or equivalent without leaving the hostel, and certainly richer for it. I couldn't recommend it any higher!

The hostal was impeccably clean and the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It has a great location close to the center and is on a quiet street. The common room with WIFI was great. I stayed here while I went to a few classes at the university and was able to study, explore the city and meet new people. I couldn't have asked for more for the price.

No faults! Only wish I had more time to stay in Grenada. Great hostel. Everythings new and very comfortable. You can cook and buy stuff to put in the fridge which is always a plus. Good central location. You can walk to the train station and all the sights are nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful!Highly reccommended.

outstanding hostel. fantastic hosts. extremely friendly and helpful, and they make you feel right at home. cleanest place i`ve stayed in. everyone staying there at my time agreed that it feels much more like a home than a hostel. i really noticed the little touches (you´ll see for yourself); a lot of thought has gone into making this a wonderful place to stay and visit granada and it`s surrounds. highly recommended.

This is without doubt teh best hostel I´ve stayed in in ovr 200 myears of travellling. The staff are great, the facilities are excellent. It is like a home away from home without teh parents!!
