Nice quiet small guesthouse on the third floor of the building in the old town. 7 January 2008

advertised breakfast available, but it wasn't really - just some awful cereal and not much else.

This is a small, quiet guesthouse. It's pretty basic with a small kitchen and two full bathrooms (adequate for the size) We were out a lot as it is close to everything - the beaches, the city centre, and especially the old town where it is situated, where there seems to be unlimited bars that serve pintxos every night and many have other meals during the day - not expensive. Lots of shopping nearby. It was really clean and the manager was very laid back - didn't get rattled when we had a problem with the washing machine and it 'flooded' the kitchen. We were able to stay an extra couple nights once we were there, as we loved San Sebastian.
