This is the only hostel ive visited in barcelona and apparently, many others are really horrible. This hostel has a staff sent from heaven! They are really nice people. The size of the room isnt important to me but the bed is, since Im 190cm tall, and it was about 180cm and pretty unconfortable. The bathroom was small but very nice.

i've stayed at this hostel in various trips to the catalan capital and i have to say that i've been lucky to discover it from my first arrival. getting there is really easy: from the airport you take the bus to placa catalunya and from there the train line u6 to the last station(don't let the word "last" or the people at the tourist information fool you, the train line is a short one, you'll get there in ten minutes from placa catalunya, which is the most centric place of barcelona).they offer double and triple rooms, as well as dorms, the prices are cheaper tha in the hostels of the center, and, incredible, they offer you included breakfast and free internet, as well as satellite tv at these prices!!! the staff is friendly, and i don't mean friendly by hostel standards, no, they really seem to live it: various languages are spoken, they give you more maps and accurate tourist information than the specialized offices, they provide you with sheets, blankets and towels, they help you out with anything, just name it. and there's no lockout, you get the key to the entrance door.what else? there's a terrific terrace on the roof. you can bring a child, they have special bed fittings. you may bring your pet. they will make you a good cup of coffee the morning after a party. and when you visit them the next time, they not only remember you, you also get a discount!!!
