Landhaus is a very nice small hostel. It is very clean and facilities include en suite bathrooms, a kitchen, a good TV lounge, foosball and Internet access. Accommodation is in small dorms divided into two-person 'cabins'. It's situated near the Bear Pit, about a 15-minute walk from the train station.
Price Dorm bed CHF 30 Double room CHF 110-160 Prices are in Swiss francs and are inclusive of all taxes.

this hostel, is located a bit outside from the centre but only 10-15 min walking from the train station- i got my own dorm, there were 2 beds inside, and it was clean and comfortable- friendly staff- i really enjoy my stay in bern

After some serious damage I made to myself in Copenhagen,Amsterdam and Berlin,it helped me recharge the batteries for Interlacken.It is quiet in a nice part of town and the Hostel is very comfortable which enabled me to catch up in some much needed sleep.There is no social activity whatsoever but that is not why I stayed there.

this hostel is nice. i stayed here for just one night while backing throuh europe. the beds are really comforable and they have a private bathroom and shower. not alot of room though.
