BUG review
Broad Haven is a popular destination for a host of water sports with a beautiful sandy beach nearby. The hostel has good all round facilities and bubbly staff and there’s a good social atmosphere with a pool table and large common area.

I had a great time here! There is so much space to chill out, its brilliant.

When we went, we had the whole place to ourselves as we took about 20 people down from our uni Surf Club. So we probably had a different experience to anybody else as there were no staff there to exert any control.

The kitchen is big, fully equipped and got loads of storage.

The communal areas are fantastic - huge TV, comfortable sofas, air hockey table, loads of games, a pool table and lots of extra seating.

There is a dry room for wetsuits etc, and its very big.

Its right by the beach, so we managed to go surfing there in the afternoons, absolutely fantastic, only a few minutes walk.

I felt like there weren't enough showers for the number of us there - some of them were locked up, but this might not be an issue for you if there were staff there.

There's a dining room too but we didn't have access to it without staff there.

It houses so many people, lots of bedrooms.

I thought this place was amazing! So modern and lots to do! I really recommend it!

A youth hostal is a youth hostal, somewhere you sleep and wash, however it is the location that will stay with you forever. Broad Haven's sunset is something else, enjoy a beer here or at Little Haven and have one of those feel good moments everyone looks for when backpacking. If the weather isn't great then even better, the massive expanse of beach will be diserted for you to enjoy. Broad Haven also has good access to the rest of the coast line, try walking up the coastal path for more beaches, including Marloes Sands and StDavids.
