We stayed here for two nights while walking some of the coastal path. The hostel is run by Chris and Sue who live there too and they really make the place the great hostel it is. They give you a cup of tea when you arrive (great after a long walk), they are really helpful with stuff about the area, transport etc. The hostel is cosy and comfy with lots of books and art around which makes it stand out from more institutionalised type hostels. One of the best things is the food - you can buy breakfast for £4 - great homemade apple and sultana porridge, homemade toast, juice tea etc, and you can also buy packed lunches - brie and sundried tomato sandwiches with their home grown lettuce - not your average hostel food! The prices are very reasonable too. It's also in a great part of the world and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
