BUG review
This is real no-frills accommodation. It is basically just a home that the owner turned into a hostel by converting the bedrooms. The kitchen is shabby and homely, the common room is just a lounge room with sofas and a TV, and the rooms are cluttered and boring. Bathrooms are roomy and clean, but nothing spectacular. It has the feel of a rented beach house, but not a great one. They have surfboards and body boards available for use, and a funky little garage-turned-common room with an old pool table where guests can hang out at night, since it’s in a lackluster part of town. The owner is kind and helpful, and will pick you up from the airport if you don’t have a car.
