BUG review
The Chelsea Star is a good, centrally located, place to stay. Accommodation here is clean and nicely furnished and common areas are limited to an outdoor terrace/courtyard and a basement internet room ($2 for 20 minutes; free Wi-Fi). It has a great location – only a couple of minutes’ walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The building has had an interesting history and Madonna stayed here before it became a hostel.
