i dont even think it is up and running now. when i was there over the christmas break it was completly run down and nothing being done to maintain anything there.
the food was average and snorkelind off the beach was good. although all the dive gear looked almost faulty.

This resort may be the oldest on kadavu with rustic bures (restoration is underway) but it is one of the best places in fiji. the family which run the resort pretty much take you into there home and include you in activities. A walk up to bruces kava plantation is a must.
If you are travelling with kids be prepared to loose them as they run wild with the locals, catching crabs and in and out of the water.
Grown ups can relax in hammocks or ask granma elizabeth for a tour around the garden, including medicinal plants, or be more risky with surf breaks just a few minuets boat ride away. the diving and snorkelling is also first rate. Go exploring the family own a large amount of land. Visit Pony and Va on nearby goat island (Va is an avid reader offer her any travel books you are done with)the food served is excellent value for money. we were alwasy stuffed. i have never been fed a better breakfasts and dinner was always varied and fresh. dont worry if you cant reach them to make a booking, the phone lines on kadavu are unpredicatble. its easy to get a boat ride from the airport or boat drop of so just rock up they will fuss over you and make you extremly welcome.
