The rates were good, the place was clean and neat, but the staff, encluding the owner were not friendly.
They had no TV for the evening viewing(or any other), there was not soda machines and you had to go almost 2 blocks away to do your laundry.
There were some good eating joints and bars in the area. Also for the artictic, a very good movie house.
