First of all the rates listed in there ad weren't correct, the actual cost was much more.
The advertised free breakfast was not offered when I stayed there.
If there are any given tours, they are not free. The catcher was that there had to be a certain number to go or the tour was called off. And second, they insisted on at least a $10 tip for the tour, even thou the driver was paid by the hostel.
The hostel is located in a very dangerous part of town and there are no bars, grocery stores or eating joints close by.
The beaches are several miles away, so renting a car is a must.
