BUG Review
Crash Palace is an old building that could stand some renovation, but it has a friendly, quirky vibe. The courtyard is a nice place to hang out, with old furniture and picnic tables set among the barbecue and spa pool (a pet rabbit lives here too). Basic dorm rooms range from four beds to ten. Internet and Wi-Fi are available and there’s also a TV lounge with second-hand furniture. A small bar behind reception serves up cheap drinks to thirsty travellers. Secure off-street parking is a nice plus, especially in the centre of town.

Naja, für den Schwefel in der Luft kann ja das Crash Palace nichts dafür, aber leider müssen da alle anderen Sinne auch noch leiden.. Das Zimmer war in einem Zustand, wo man lieber den Rucksack mit ins Bett nimmt als auf den Boden stellt, die Duschen regen nicht unbedingt an, und im Food Storage gammelt das Zeugs vor sich hin. Die Küche war zwar sauber, aber der Rest ist ziemlich verkommen. Dafür ist aber die Lage ziemlich gut (ausser, dass das Hotel wohl im stinkigsten Teil der City liegt), und 3 süsse junge Kätzchen gehören zum Haus und flitzen umher.IF YOU FIND SOMETHING ELSE, GO THERE, AND IF POSSIBLE NEARER BY THE LAKE/ ON THE OTHER SIDE, BECAUSE IT SMELLS SO MUCH FROM THESE GEOTHERMAL FIELDS. THE HOSTEL IS NOT VERY CLEAN, KITCHEN IS OK, SHOWERS NOT REALLY..
