We stayed here with three teenagers, including one in a wheelchair, and found it very pleasant. The facilities were adequate and clean, and the back garden was very well-planned and peaceful. The walk into town is uphill, and that proved difficult with the wheelchair, but not impossible. We would stay there again.

The woman on reception and her parrott is off the wall but very entertaining! Godd facilities but near a main road so can be quite noisy. Get the ear plugs out and you'll do jus fine. Nice garden, great showers, but a little out of town and a long way from any supermarket.
Tauranga is pretty quiet though!
