BUG Review
Le Bons Bay Backpackers is an amazing little hostel perched on a hillside with lovely views of the Banks Peninsula countryside. It consists of a big red house plus a couple of cabins with double rooms. Facilities include a good kitchen and a cosy lounge with a piano and a log fire. One of the highlights is the $12 gourmet meal that's cooked every night. Its brilliant atmosphere makes it many people’s favourite New Zealand hostel.

Do not miss this little piece of paradise. It is really really really worth to go. I spent 4 days there, eating yummy meals prepared by Gary and his helpers. The cruise is also worth to do: a few people on board and a lot to see!
