I've been here a couple of weeks off and on, a great family atmosphere, owners really take time to get to know everyone staying at the hostel, the kitchen is well stocked with every sort of condiment you can imagine, very clean, very friendly staff, great location near to jade stadium for the crusaders rugby games and cherry on top is the free walnuts form the walnut tree out the back of the property, overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at drifters and will definitely be calling back in the future before I leave the south island
