Debretts has the best atmosphere of the three hostels in Portage. It is a small clean hostel, at the top of a very steep hill, that only sleeps around six people. Accommodation is in a few double/twin or two-bed dorm rooms, which makes it a good option for couples. Facilities are limited to a small kitchen and lounge room with a TV. There is a brilliant view of Portage Bay and Kenepuru Sound from the deck.
