The Nook is a nice hostel in a cute little house a five-minute walk from the beach at Pohara. It features a small kitchen and a cosy lounge with a log fire. There is also a nice garden area with lots of little places to sit. Accommodation is in double and twin rooms and small dorms -- the biggest has only three beds -- and there is also a straw cottage behind the hostel.

Single room $42-47 ($40-45 BBH)
Double room $54-78 ($50-74 BBH)
Twin room $48-54 ($44-50 BBH)
Prices are in local currency and are inclusive of all taxes.
