BUG Review
This hostel is the only place in the town centre at which is worth staying. It features two common areas with kitchens, TVs and Internet access. However the newer of the common rooms is too big to generate any sort of atmosphere. Accommodation is split between rooms in the original building and a newer, more expensive, building with brand new facilities. There’s also a Mâori cultural centre on site. The people working here are experts on the local area and it’s a good idea to have a chat with them before heading north.
