BUG Review
This place is a gathering of self contained cabins and a separate common room. There are also campervan and camping sites on the property. The backpackers’ accommodation consists of only 11 dorm beds in two cabins. The common room is a run-down assortment of old furniture and a small TV and there is also a tiny and scant kitchen, laundry facilities, internet access and a barbecue. The atmosphere is low-key (some would say boring) but it has good access to the lake and walking tracks.

My wife and I stayed in cabin 1, we had a great time. Room had twin size bunk beds, which was okay. Cozy lounge, 2 washers and dryers, Nice kitchen. LOTS of bugs, but I think that goes with the location.javascript:emoticon(''). Very close to Lake Manapouri.
